It looks as if Delaware House was on what is now the SVP Lot 21. The New York Historical Society’s library has quite a few documents about the Delaware and Hudson Canal. They also have a nice collection of photographs, including the following 3 of The Delaware House resort hotel and its views down the Delaware and up the Lackawaxen.
